Honey House is a sweet little self contained queen studio for two. It has it’s own beautiful bathroom and private entrance courtyard, so you can come and go as you please.

It is situated on the grounds of Balquhidder House.

We’ve kept it simple, so you can totally relax and discover the great eateries Napier has to offer. The Honey House is at the end of a suburban cul-de-sac on Napier Hill and only a short walk into Napiers seaside Art Deco township.

We love nature, and the bird life here on the property is incredible. We’re also very close to the Napier Botanical Gardens, a must visit just up the road.

We are Artists, we live and have our studios here in the 1861 historic Villa, Balquhidder House. Art is all around you, you’re even sleeping amongst the Art we make when you stay, so feel free to ask about it.

The Honey House hasn’t just been another Art project, we have also created it in the most sustainable way we could which is important to us.

The walls and floor are painted with The Natural Paint Company paint. The soap is locally made, the sheets are sun dried and we’ve made every effort to reuse and recycle.

Queen bed and linen, private ensuite, tea and coffee, kettle, fridge, pool access.
